The Barakat Trust: Application form

Please read the Notes for Applicants carefully before completing
the form(s). Please check that you are eligible for the award(s)
for which you are applying. Those applying for post-doctoral
awards must have completed a doctoral degree. Applications must
be submitted by six hard copies and one electronic copy.
An application will not be considered unless six complete sets
of the following have been received by 31 March 2008.

Please note that all references must be sent direct by the
referees to the Administrator, The Barakat Trust at the address
below. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure
that references reach the Administrator by the closing date
for applications. |
